The Only Trophy I Ever Won
When I was younger, I admit that I was pretty competitive with my older sister. She was in numerous smarts and would often won several trophies and I felt like I had to prove myself to her and to my family— particularly my father.
When I was in junior high I managed to earn a trophy for best defensive player on our basketball team and I so ecstatic. It really made me proud because it proved that I could do it.
